Delivery Information

For the convenience of our customers, we provide several options for delivery of goods throughout Ukraine:

•  transport company Delivery International;
• self-delivery from Zhytomyr (the meeting should be previously agreed with our managers).
  
  

Delivery cost depends on the selected transport company, weight / size of the order and the degree of remoteness of the customer's region from Zhytomyr.

If the order is placed and paid before 11:00, then the shipment will be sent the same day.

If you have chosen the cash on delivery and want the shipment to be on the same day, then please place an order before 11:00 am.

What does the shopping system look like?

To begin with, you need to decide on the choice and make an order, then follow the instructions on the website. After placing an order, you will get a call from our manager to clarify the details of the order and delivery time. Each order can be corrected by coordinating it with the manager when confirming the purchase. We put the bill of goods and the original invoice together with the goods in the order.

Covered payment

The simplest option is to pay for the order when it is received at a branch of a transport company or by courier delivery. If it is a courier service, the money is transferred to the courier. When receiving the goods, please, carefully inspect the order.

Bank transfer

It can be carried out in any branch of the bank. This is payment of the order value in cash or by direct transfer from your current account.

For payment by bank transfer, you need to send details to our e-mail address. After that, our employee within 30 minutes will send the invoice, for the order, without delivery to the address from which the details were received. You can pay at any branch of the bank or through special services. In case of payment by cashless payment, the funds from customers come in two or more hours.
